I’m a Lifestyle & Life Balance Coach, I’m passionate about helping You unlock your potential and create meaningful lifestyle change. At times during my life I've been stuck, overwhelmed, out of balance, lost, feeling like there is no hope in sight or light at the end of the tunnel.
It's a feeling that lasted for quite a while, it was awful, for me, and also for those around me, I wasn't a happy person to be around.
I wish I had someone who could have helped me see things from a different perspective, encouraged me to alter my mindset and also
help me understand and appreciate the little things in life. Some small changes would have had big impacts for me during these times.
I have over 30 years' experience in Emergency Services, as a First Responder, and I’ve spent that time helping people through life’s challenges, working in teams, supporting the community and my colleagues, and adapting to change whilst maintaining integrity and trust. Inspired by great leaders, I’ve developed the skills to keep teams engaged, focused, and resilient. Personal Growth is a core value in my life, and I hold qualifications in Youth Work, Welfare & Wellbeing, Mental Health First Aid, Diversity Liaison, and Leadership. I hold qualifications in Advanced Life Coach Mastery, (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) NLP Practitioner accreditation and I am certified in Conscious Hypnosis Therapy.
Life’s challenges have taught me to find balance and make time for fun, enjoyment, and purpose. For me, Purpose and passion are an essential element to achieving any type of fulfilling life.
I am passionate about mountain biking, camping, good music, healthy food, 5 am mornings, and great relationships & connections. I don’t always
get it right, (just ask my wife!) & the balance shifts regularly, but I've learnt to deal with the negatives, appreciate different perspectives, be vulnerable, learn from mistakes, and fail forward.
